How did everyone make out with their gymbucks redemption?
I had 75 gymbucks to use and was able to only able use $25 of it. I was only able to get 4 pieces of clothes on the sale rack for $50... :P
Everything was so expensive and there was hardly anything on sale!

I had $25 gymbucks and a $50 gift card...and I still had to pay $40 out of pocket. I think the clothes are over-priced there!

I agree! $25 for a polo shirt?!? I don't even pay that much for one for myself and get alot more wear out of it. :P

I agree!! I spent my $50 Gymbucks and paid $60something, but not sure if I will wind up keeping the stuff I bought because it is decently expensive and I don't LOVE it, I think I do way better at C21.
I wanted to get DD that adorable flower raincoat, but it was almost $50!!!  Maybe when it goes on a major sale!

Went to the box sale last night at Roosevelt Field gymboree and got some fall stuff for DD. Everything I got was 8.99 and under and then used the gymbucks, which came out pretty cheap. But they didn't have any boys stuff for the box sale and that was disappointing!

I had $50 in gymbucks and spent $51. I got:
a bathing suit
floral print capri pants
matching embroidered floral print shirt
2 sets of hair clips
1 pair of underwear for DS
1 T shirt
1 pair of jeans
I then spent another 28 on a bathing suit cover up.
I am not sure about the t shirt or jeans but they were $2 for the shirt and $4 for the jeans so I will prob keep them. I loved the floral print outfit. Last year I did not get the capri pants until much later and spent more than I would have if I used the gymbucks. I never was able to get the matching shirt last year. Since I had that experience I felt that I wanted to use the gymbucks on those items. DD also needed a new bathing suit so I was happy to get it for $13.
I will say that there was very very little on sale in the clearance rack. I went at 5:30 and asked about the other stuff. The sales women said that they took most of the stuff from the clearance rounders in anticipation of the sale. It really ticked me off. They said they would close the store in 15 minutes to create a line. It was already a mad house in there. There were so many people pushing that I just left.
The big box sale is when they take the stuff that should have been on the clearance rounders out at 6-8 pm so you can spend gymbucks on the clearance stuff. I did not feel that this was as good a sale as the one I posted a few weeks ago earlier in the month.

It's like a special sale they have after the store closes. RFM Gymboree had theirs last night from 7-9 pm. Supposed to be older lines marked down 9.99 and under. I get an email every year, but this is the first year I decided to check it out. it varies store to store on what you will find, I wasn't impressed by their offerings.

I used mine on non-sale items since I figured that it would be the same price once it goes on sale and I would be guaranteed to get what I want in the correct size - I got a bathing suit with matching rash guard and hat.

I went to the outlet, didn't realize you can't use it there. I got a bunch of shirts for 2-3 bucks and pants for 7-9 dollars. Now I'm sure it's not worth going to the regular store. Crazy 8 also had shirts for 2-3 and pants really cheap, so I'll be avoiding the regular gymboree store

I feel like my gym bucks said they couldn't be redeemed at the outlet?
I had $50 GB, spent $101, for a total of $51 spent. I got a polo with matching shortalls, long romper and shorts romper. I think that was it... So over priced and like nothing for boys!

Yes, you can't redeem at the outlet stores but you can def. earn them there.
And I agree, the pickings are slim for boys but there are so many nice stuff for girls!
