How could this be?
When I was on Clomid 150 Mg I producted 5 follicles for my IUI. After taking my IVF meds I again only have 5 mature follicles ... two not at the mature stage - 10 mm needed. How is this? I was on 300 Gonal - F then midstream jumped to 450, had Ganirelix and then Menopaur. I felt like I did better on clomid for IUI's.

I dont have any info for you but just wanted to say that sometimes our bodies respond differently to different meds/procedures... have you spoken with your dr about your concerns?

the only reason is that every cycle is different. the same meds will have different effects different times. also different combos of other meds for IVF could change the effectiveness of follistim.
