HOW Come??
It is so hard to get pregnant? I'm sure when my mom had me they did not have Clomid, Follistum, and all that other stuff....I just dont understand why so many of us are on this stuff..okay I just wanted to put my 2 worthless cents in..thanks for reading

I'm truly happy for anyone that gets pregnant...but I swear I would have never thought that me getting pregnant was going to be a science project and daily trips to the city at the crack of dawn....I guess I just have to faith in god and be patience..

They DID have these problems back then, they just were not spoken about.
Or people just didnt have children. I thank god we have the technology we have today ...

Exactly - there were many couples who didn't have children. It just wasn't discussed.
It's only been in the last twenty years or so that medical technology has come up with solutions.
Remember the first "test-tube baby"?

My mom had tons of issues getting pregnant. Had two miscarriages, a baby that died and then had me and my brother (who are nearly 6 years apart). Over all of that time, she was TTC for about 10 years!

I don't know...my mom gave birth to 6 kids, obviously no fertility issues, too bad it didn't rub off, LOL!

Yup, plus a lot of people who had IF issues adopted b/c there wasn't much more they could do, and adoption was much easier then too....

Both my parents come from large families. My mom has a sister who had difficulty TTC and an aunt (who never had children) I guess it was hush ...hush.
As for my mother, she did suffer from Fibroids but it didn't affect her til many years after she had children. Go figure! She was in her 30s when she removed her fibroids.
