How bad would it be if...
I had a salami and provolone sandwich today? I'm 30wks and haven't had cold cuts since I found out I was pregnant. I REALLY want a sandwich for lunch today.

I think it would be fine.
I have to say that that is my favorite sandwich, on a roll with lettuce and a little balsamic vinegar! YUM!

it's not going to kill you -
but for some reason, my Dr. said I could eat cold cuts (Roast Bee, Ham, Turkey) - which I don't b/c I don't like them ........
But no salami, prociutto, pepperoni - no cured meat b/c it's not cooked ??? -
