how bad is this
I don't feel like eating anything but fruit and nuts for dinner. I know if I had a little it would be good for me, but I'm making a big buffet of it- I know I'm eating more if it than I should. I have watermelon, pineapple, strawberries and blueberries and a container of mixed nuts. Eh, I suppose it could be worse.

I had starbursts for dinner last night, so I think you are okay.
I am so tired of eating protein. I have switched to eating cherries at lunch time, I think they have less sugar then the grapes I was living on.
I don't know if the heat fills me up or what, but I am starving, I take 3 bites and that is it. I feel like I ate thanksgiving.
