Ava has no schedule, but I would say she has a consistent pattern. She is 3 months old.

Honestly I just kind of let her ease into it but we still have lots of variety from day to day. To me it just doesn't seem fair to force a baby into a schedule. I just try to read her cues for tired, hungry, etc. and go from there. My DD will be 1 next week and we still go with the flow. But like Rachel said she definitely has a pattern.

I read Baby Whisperer and Healthy Sleeping Habits, Happy Child. I used a combination of techniques from both around 3 months. After a few weeks he was on a routine taking naps and going to bed around the same time daily. At 15 months, Nate is pretty much on the same routine minus one nap.
