How am I going to clean this mess? Diaper related !

Eva's diaper I guess exploded overnight ,and when I went in there this morning that gel stuff was allllllllll over Should I wash her sheets and blanket in the tub first to get it all out ,and then put it in the washer? Is there a trick to doing this? With all the yrs of me being a mom this is only like the 2nd time this has ever happened ,I am at a loss
