House for sale in Patchogue
Wow.
this house is a few doors down from me
It was listed for $309 in March.
I can not believe the price. It kind of upsets me bc it's so much nicer than my house- it really is in great shape, and only a few hundred feet from the water- it's a great neighborhood.
Just thought I'd share in case anyone is looking- it could be a great deal. I can't say enough about the neighborhood.

It's a cute house but it doesn't have a garage, basement or much of an attic. Those can really effect the price of a house.

I agree on the garage
No houses there have a basement- too close to the water.
The taxes are definitely accurate- mine are similar.
I think it's a great starter home.

Yes- right around the corner- on Cedar south of Patchogue Street or Road.
The Waterfront is in the FI Ferry lot, right?

Yeah thats another one in walking distance. My moms friend works there, a friends BIl works there, I had my shower there. We drink free a lot. It pays to know people in that kind of business. Especially when you are a lush.
