I have my inbox and junkmail protection set to exclusive and know each and every one of my contacts. I check my junkmail in case I have a message from someone whose address I don't have saved. Anyway, lately, I've been getting junkmail in my inbox. After I looked carefully, I saw that these messages were essentially coming from my own email address but were like from Discreet Meds or some junky crap like that. IE: under the from part, it would look like this:

From : DiscrtMeds <[email protected]>

I've already deleted myself from my contacts list so hopefully I won't get anymore, but why was that happening?
