Hot Valentine Moms Week 3
Hi!!
How is everyone doing?
I had a crappy week. My mom ended being rushed to the hospital Tuesday, got discharged Friday and was rushed back last night. She's having problems with her heart. My dad (who I don't have much of a relationship with) also came to town for a visit this weekend. So needeless to say I was super stressed and emotional and ended up eating too much and slacking with the gym.
I did go and work out today to try to get back into my routine. Sometimes it's so much harder being a mom to juggle things when something out of the ordinary occurs. I have to work on handling stress without overeating.

I am almost to my goal! I've lost 7 lbs. since Christmas,but I still have 3 left to my goal for V-Day. I'm so happy that I'm finally losing weight again. And I'm SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO excited that my pants are baggy on me

I'm doing pretty good, I'm down 7.4 lbs. and my goal was 10 by Valentine's day. My other goal was to walk three times per week, and I haven't done that....at all! So, I still have to work on that  . But otherwise, I think I'm on the right track!

I dont know if I've lost a lot of weight- my scale is sort of bad but I AM wearing all my pre-preg pants and I am down to my pre-preg weight (not like that weight was great).
I had my grandparents in town visiting so I didn't treadmill- but I"m back on it tonight!!!

I did great! I guess my weight was up last week because of AF. This week, I am down 5 lbs, so I'm halfway to my goal. 5 more lbs to go!
