Hot Flashes???
Does anyone else get them? I was in the movies today and I swear I was ready to take off my clothes!!! They last for like five minutes and then I am fine. So strange....

I'm cold all the time, once in a while I will get a little hot but only in the middle of the night, during the day I'm freezing!!

Yes! I am one of the ones that is always cold, but about a week ago - I was practically stripping at work. Fortunately I was wearing a thin sleeveless shirt under a sweater - but I took off my uggs and sweater and was still breaking out in a sweat. That was the worst one. Since then I've had a few less severe ones.
