Hot baby

Hi! My DS is 4 months old and always tends to be on warm side. We had to stop swaddling him because he was sweating to much! The last few times the weather has been warm I took him for walk and by the time we got back his back was soaked with sweat. He woke and was so upset, I took a cool washcloth to cool him down. I have both sun guards up in the stroller so he isn't getting sun exposure. We were walking 45 min. All he had on was a short sleeve onesie and pants. Any tips to keep him cool?

I have the same car seat/stroller and my dd ALWAYS sweats in it. I think its just the material of the car seat that makes them sweat like that. My dds hair and neck are SOAKED when shes in it a long time in hot weather. I don't know that theres anything that can really be done. Maybe put a light blankie between him and the seat, like the aden & anais ones? They are super lightweight and breathable.

I try to use the seat that came with the stroller on long walks, the bigger one that is more upright and now shes older/bigger, I just use my umbrella stroller for long walks.

ETA: my dd is also on the warm side. I also saw they make a stroller fan.

Hailey is the same, Saturday she was in the car/stroller for a while i took her out and her back was completely soaked from head to butt.

But her feet and hands are always clammy and cold.
