hospital tour...UPDATED QUESTION
how long does this last? what do you do?
did anyone tour st.charles??? did you get to see the nursery? i really want to see that!

We watched a video and were taken through the maternity ward.
It took about 1 1/2 hours.

ours was 45 minutes , they just take you through and explain procedures for checkin etc...

Ours was about 1/2 hour. Nothing special. They only showed us labor and delivery. We didn't see the nursery. I guess it depends on the hospital

I did lamaze with the hospital i was delivering at, so i went on tour with them.. it was fairly quick.. but excitting to know.. wow this will be here soon

Here's a question for you, at what week do they let you know you should go to do this at St. Charles? My DH can't wait!

i didnt talk to the hospital....i booked it through my doctor...you go to Suffolk OBGYN right? thats who i did it through and after lamaze we go for the hospital tour

yes I do, what week do they start to recommend you booking this?
she didnt tell me a week i just asked if i should do the november classes or wait...she said i wouldnt do it till the end of dec im due in feb. If you call them im sure they will tell you and you can set up a time over the phone.
