Hospital tour if it's not your first?
Is anyone taking the hospital tour if this isn't going to be your first child? I had the twins at 30 weeks so I never got to do the tour. Im going to be in the same hospital as last time but I was just wondering if there was any reason to take the tour this time around.

i'm delivering at stony brook a 2nd time, but they've since rebuilt the NICU and labor/delivery area, so i want to do the tour. but they keep cancelling.

I am delivering at Winthrop again - I never did the tour with my first so I doubt I am doing the tour with this DC

This is my 2nd pregnancy and we did the hospital tour today...
Same hospital that we delivered my DD in...
HOWEVER....that was 6.5 years ago! So I felt like I wanted to do the tour again! It was pretty much the same thing all over again but I guess it was good to have a refresher!

Yes. We had DS#1 at Good Sam 17 months ago and I switched drs so this time I am delivering at Stony Brook. I went to the college and my sister delivered there last January but that was the only time I was there, to see my niece. But my sister delivered naturally and was only there 2 nights and since we live far I only visited her once and they wouldn't let DS in because he was 4 months...oh and we lived together at the time lol. But they have changed the maternity ward since then and I don't remember it anyway so we are def doing the tour.

I am having #2 and I will be wanting to do the hospital tour ~ I will be delivering at a different hospital than my first. DS # 1 at St. Charles and #2 will be at Stony Brook ~ My friend delivered at SB and she said it was like she was staying at a hotel

I didn't do the hospital tour with DD#1 and won't for this second baby. I will have just been there 18 months ago so I think we are good!

I was thinking about it because I went to the hospital for my Level 2 and nothing seemed familiar but, I spent a Saturday in L&D a few weeks ago and it all came back to me quickly!
