HORRIBLE HOUSE
OMG i just got back from seeing the most horrible house ever...
Sounds great...looked great in pic....IN ACTUALITY looked like a serial killers home...
5 bedrooms it said...that is because they made every room BUT ONE a bedroom
4 Bath....we only found 3, 1 your couldn't open the door all the way since it hit the sink, 2 so so, 3....well that i have NO WORDS FOR...
EVERYTHING had to be gutted including the entire backyard and garage...
And guess how much the place was going for....

And no this wasn't a place being sold or would be bought for the land

My house was listed as 4bedrooms. But that was so stupid because the 4th bedroom was more like a walk in closet. It would make a very TINY office... if that. I mean... it was SMALL.
You know the reason for them justifying it as a bedroom? Because that room is heated.

Sorry no active link is up yet...
It was just put on the market this afternoon..
My realtor was able to get it early
It is in Ronkonkoma
And Rich.....there is no house too small that woudn't be worth buying over this one
I was actually FEARFUL walking in the house

.. some people really lie their a*s off to sell a house .. opps I mean "stretch the truth", I've been to so many houses that states it has 4 bedrooms, in reality is like two bedrooms and 2 closets! One that said it has two FULL bath, the second bathroom's ceiling was so low, only a toddler can take a shower in there!!
The house we are buying has 4 bedrooms, but they only listed 3, cuz they are using the 4th bedroom as a entertainment room, that's a nice size bedroom... I like modest people lol

I learned when buying a house to that a room with a closet in it is considered a bedroom so it can be a room thats 2 feet wide as long as theres a closet in it theres your bedroom lol

When you look at the pic of the garage...take notice of the red door....
You would think that would open up to the inside of the garage.....NOT
It just opens up to the BACKYARD...

Its right by the Lake, and I know that house...I grew up a few blocks from there , for a few years, you should have SEEN IT BEFORE!! It looked like a shack on the outside, and I think one of those bathrooms were added?? So believe me that looks like a MAJOR improvement, and I cant believe the price...Not for that block??

The block was fine...the house was DISGUSTING

WOW it must of been really bad...The inside pictures of the rooms are horrible and they dont really show the house from the inside...I guess that must of meant something....What did the kitchen look like?

The kitchen is smaller than the one i have in my CONDO.
And the sides of the cabinets were PEELING OFF

And sure it might be a selling point (the pic of the lake) but then you only need one pic to accomplish that
