Horrible Backpain
I am 17 weeks and today I have the most painful backpain. I am sitting at my desk at work and can't even concentrate on anything.....any recomendations?

My dr. gave me some pregnancy stretches to do, bc I have been experiencing some pain as well. Maybe you can find some stretches?

I have it at 13 weeks, I got a new chair at work, one with a high back, and it tilts back a little. Takes the pressure off of my back. I also brought in a pillow to prop behind my back. See if you can get a more supportive chair.

you can also apply a warm or cool compress, whichever makes you feel better. and you can always take some tylenol if you need it. hope you feel better!!

I had the worst lower back pain last night- a heating pad helped.
I think I need to start stretching more.
