Hopefully closing this month !!!!!
So our closing date is May 20th I am going crazy and really hope this happens. We are buying a short sale and using a Sonyma mortgage feel like we have been buying this house for a year since we put the offer on it in Jan. Im so over it and never ever wanna buy another house again.
Sorry for my whining I know I am very lucky to have found this house it has everything I want. My husband ,our 3 year old and I have been living in my sisters basement studio apartment since October to save for a house and we are just so over it.
Prayer this happens for me ladies
