Hope it's a painless process!
We are now officially in contract, appraisal has been completed (and good to go - phew!), and all of our documents are going to the underwriter. Hoping that it's painless and we can close later on this month!
Last time we did this with our co-op it took FOREVER, and endless e-mails of resending the same thing 5000000 over. Eek!
For anyone else that's in process of being in contract/waiting for closing - what do you do to keep your mind occupied? I find myself going in the neighborhood of the house every weekend doing "drive-by"s lol

We are doing a short sale and it's a very long process :( but we totally stalk the house twice a week (and it's on a dead end) the neighbors probably think we are crazy!

I'm right there with you in the middle of the short sale process!!
I'm constantly doing drive-by's on the house and stalking Houzz and Pinterest for decorating ideas. That's how I've passed the time so far!

Houzz is amazzzing! I've also been going to stores just to "look" at things.
