Honest Tea 1/2 Tea 1/2 Lemonade....
Picked up a bottle of this today because I wanted something different, and needed a little boost of energy. I didn't want something with too much sugar or caffeine, so i saw this and thought "what the heck"
Let me tell you....this stuff is GOOOOD!
It has 1/4 the caffeine of coffee...only 25mg per serving (2 per bottle)
The whole bottle is only 100 calories!!
And there are 24g of sugar in the whole bottle (Snapple has 24g of sugar per serving and there are usually 2+ servings per bottle)!!
So, I figured I'd share, if anyone is looking for a "pick me up" treat in this hot weather to break up the gallons of water we're drinking!!!

Having GD, this has been a LIFESAVER for me.
I can drink 1/2 bottle for lunch or as a mid afternoon snack and not worry about overdoing it. In the mornings, if I am really craving juice (which is a strict no no with GD), I will have a quick sip or two of the superfruit punch or orange mango and be satisfied.
I buy them at Pathmark and other supermarkets. Pathmark has them on sale for $1 a lot....

DELICIOUS!!!!!!! I just actually finished the Pomegranate blue MMMMMMMMMMM, something different besides water to drink!
I find them always at Wild by Nature & as a bonus my work cafe sells them!
Mango Papaya is SO GOOD too!
