homemade pizza

I want to make pizza tomorrow night. DH is always traditional and wants sauce and pepperoni and mozzarella, but I want to do something different.

How do you make your pizza? Round or Square? What do you top it with?

i just made one and I topped it with fresh spinach and sauteed crumbled sausage.

I also love mushrooms on my pizza!

you could do some olive oil and ricotta cheese too

I do both round and rectangular.

I would sautee onions and peppers, add crumbled hot italian sausage.

Or spread pesto, top w/dollops and ricotta, fresh mozzarella and thinly sliced tomato.

Mine is usually round.

I do:

mushrooms

onions & red peppers

broccoli

black olives

i think i'm definitely going to go square this time - this is how my family always made it.

I might try to duplicate the pizza we had at Di Fara in Brooklyn a few months ago even though i'm sure that's impossible...

I definitely might put some pesto on! I have homemade sauce, now I just need a good cheese... something besides mozzarella. maybe fontina?

Square bc I use a baking stone I bought from Pampered Chef that I love.

I usually do pizzasauce, 2% mozzerella cheese and turkey pepperoni--so yummY!

I have also done ricotta, oil, garlic, parsley, S&P and mozzerella (White Pizza)

Pizza sauce,mozz and different veggies (mushrooms, peppers, olives, etc.)

I have the pampered chef stone (which is amazing) and make a round pizza.

I put peppers, onions, mozz. cheese and sauce on it.

i use home made sauce...mozz and ricotta cheese...crumble a bit of meatball..sometimes sausage..and def pepperoni!!!!!!
