Home Reno while pregnant

This is the second time around we're doing work on the home while I'm pregnant, 1st time around wasn't so bad b/c I was at work all day (in the city) so I was barely there, just to sleep. This time we're re-doing our master bath and bedroom, and refinishing the floors.
I'm a bit concerned about the dust, fumes ect, anyone else go through this?? I think when they do the floors I'm going to have to be out of the house for a good week, but I'm really not looking forward to all the dust and cleaning afterwards

We're renovating out 2nd floor to a master suite -
Not too much of an issue for me now b/c we don't use that space anyway, and opted for prefinished hardwood so we didn't have to deal w/ the poly smell -

when they refinish the floors I'd probably sleep/hang out somewhere else if possible -

We redid our entire 2nd floor (all the bedrooms) when I was pregnant the first time and my office was going through a HUGE renovation. I discussed it with my OB and she had no issues with it so long as I knew there was no asbestos involved and there wasn't. When we had our wood floors redone my DH & I slept at my parents for a week and made sure we slept with the windows open for another week since it was the beginning of march. It wasn't bad at all. The worst part was when we moved our mattresses to our den and set up our bedroom down there for about 6 weeks. It was great pretty much sleeping on the floor. The only good thing was that our den has a fire place so I was very warm.
