holy h*ll - im so congested!!!!!
can i do or take anything for this congestion??
running the humidifier and using saline. nothing is working!

I was asking my dr before about what I can take for a cold...she said sudafed is ok. sudafed, humidifier & saline nose thing. GL & feel better!

I've had pretty bad allergies throughout my pregnancy (never had allergies before - just developed them in pregnancy!).... sneezing constantly and major congestion... dr ok'd Claritin - sometimes it helps, sometimes not so much....

Crashing....
I was so incredibly sick when I was in my 3rd trimester, and my dr only allowed extra strength tylenol and a humidifier. So basically, nothing. It was horrific. It eventually moved into my chest I had to go on a Z pack. It felt like I had the flu all over again.
The only thing that saved my life was the neti pot - many times a day.
Works better than a tissue & got rid of so much pressure. Head that f'er off at the pass!

my dr okayed mucinex-d, robitussin (plain), and tylenol cold.
i took mucinex-d and it really helped (this was back in like march).
feel better!

I was told benedryl is ok...
and when that wasnt working my Dr said to try claritin! That helped...a little!!!

I've had terrible allergies this week and my doctor ok'd zyrtec -- actually, she said anything but sudafed. I didn't feel comfortable with any of it so i used the humidifier at night and it's been really helping.
