Holiday tipping - Cleaning crew?

I can't ask my DH because he's a scrooge Chat Icon , so I have to ask you guys what you think is reasonable.

I usually have a weekly cleaning crew of 3 people, but it's not always the same 3 people. They seem to rotate between 2-3 teams.

Normally if I had one cleaning person, I would tip them the cost of the service, but having multiple people and rotating crews makes it difficult for me to gauge how much I should give.

Do you think $40 each is acceptable?

I would still tip the cost of the service, but divide it among the number of members.

But, to answer your question directly - I'd do $50.

You'd do $50 each? My service costs $85, so I'm already tipping 120 total.

OMG -- I am so getting ripped off for my cleaning crew!

In that case, yes, $40 each is PERFECT!
