Holiday gifts for day care teachers

DS started day care 3 days a week at the beginning of September. I wanted to start thinking about gifts. DS has two main teachers and then another one that comes in at about 1 to do the later shift. I usually pick up DS at around 3. So he's not with the last assistant very long. Also I drop him off at 7 in the morning and he's in a different classroom then with a different teacher. Should I get something for her as well since she's with him in the morning for a while? Not sure how this works. How much to spend for each?

I would just do the same amount for each teacher. I usually spend $30 each.

I do the same amount for each teacher. I usually give a gift card (around 30) and a nice box of chocolates.

I'm planning on giving more to the 2 main teachers and then just like $15 Starbucks cards for the ones that just cover an hour in the morning and the occasional once a week later afternoon. I think there's 2 of those altogether.
