we will know the sex by then but not the name...

Il be honest I wouldnt do this my aunt signed baby to be and sent out her cards 1 week before xmas she lost the baby and everyone had these xmas cards hanging up in there houses because her other son was on them it was sad. Just something to think about

I won't do this either.
Plus DH's family is Jewish, some extended members are more religious and very superstituous about such matters. They probably won't even attend my shower.

This is exactly why I wouldn't. Anything can happen and personally, it would creep me out to see it from another person.

no, i wouldn't use her name on anything......... i would tell people if they asked but i never included her on cards are gifts. i will tho in a few days... when she is born..............

I was thinking abuot it, but probably not - we were thinking of doing some silly type of card that had to do with me being pregnant - like wearing that "jingle belly " shirt or something.... we'll see...

whenever we signed a bday card or any other card, we signed it with our names and then next to my name I put in parentheses (and the baby in my belly)
