I watched that episode the other night.

The leader totally could have made that not happen...I don't understand why he didn't wager 1 more dollar. Chat Icon

It's almost like he wanted it to be tie.

I agree. Like he wasn't thinking or adding correctly. Ah, there's a first for everything though!

I thought about that - but the last tie I saw on Jeopardy - they had a tie breaker (I guess it didn't go well if they got rid of that - maybe it was last year)


I also thought that he may have thought the other two would assume that he would bet the X amount plus $1, so he thought he would go for the tie rather than be beat if he got the question wrong
