Hip pain post pregnancy?
Anyone experience low back and/or hip pain after pregnancy? Did you see a Dr? Try physical therapy. My DS is almost 2. I had a bad sciatica episode in December and went to PT. It helped and I was symptom free until recently. But the pain is more concentrated in my hip and groin area. I'm at a loss now at what type of Dr. see.

Hip pain post pregnancy?
I've had low back/hip pain since pregnancy as well (and DD is almost 3.5 now)! My pain is not in the groin at all, but the best I can explain it is that my pelvis is like a corkscrew and one side gets "stuck" pitched forward, creating low back/hip. I see a chiropractor every 2 months or so to get it unstuck. It seems like this will be a chronic thing for me, but I have other hip/back/leg problems unrelated to pregnancy as well, so I think pregnancy just exacerbated them.

Ah that is a better description! My right side does seem stuck. I forgot to mention I've gone to the Chiro as well. I went yesterday and I guess I need a couple more treatments. I made an appointment with a different orthopedist as well for another opinion. Just sucks! Makes me nervous to get pregnant again.

Yes and I see a chiropractor regularly. It.still flares up if I wall too much.

I'm hobbling today after walking all day at the zoo. Dd is almost 3 so I guess I'm stuck with this.
