HIMYM (possible spoilers)
So, who watched last night?! It seems like the last episode where they got engaged got me all excited again, and this episode was a slight let down... aside for the ending!!!!! Finally to hear him say those words!

I thought this episode was actually really good. I laughed my @ss off at the whole confetti thing and I thought the acting was really well done- especially with the whole Lily and Ted on the roof thing

If he met her at the wedding, then what was the whole deal about the yellow umbrella?
I thought he met her when she had the umbrella, but its been so many years now maybe that is not right.

It was blah until Lily and Ted were on the roof, I cried when Lily said that about being a mom  because I totally understood, and it was nice ending at the bar with Ted and Robin.
Plus I loved that they showed the scene at the end - because it showed that 1. Robin and Barney definitely do get married since she's dancing with her dad and 2. we finally DO know who the mom is, all we need now is her face.
My hope is that we will find out this season and they will get engaged/married during the last season. I honestly don't know if I could handle anything less than that

It was so long ago, but I think the umbrella comes in when he sees her at the Farhampton train station after the wedding. He only says that she was *at* the wedding, not that he meets her there.

I was thinking the same thing. I also thought they just mentioned they met at the train station and I thought Barney and robin didn't go through with the wedding. I'm so confused.
Glad to hear that we now know he meets the mother most likely the season finale.
Oh, and btw... If my dad was telling me a story about how he met my mom, but through 90 percent of it I have to hear about how he's really been in love with my parent's close friend that I've been calling aunt for so many years I wouldn't be too happy. Lol

Well you know how there is always twists and turns, i would not be surprised if they dont get married but decided to still have a party!

She was but, he didn't know it until years later.
She was also that girl on the subway's roommate the time that he hooked up with her - but, never met her...
