ITA, I hate it, I've said it on every single thread where I see it. It just looks bad. I understand it's on "purpose" but I don't understand what the "purpose" IS.

Nah- I got highlights all through my pregnancy.
Foils are safe...the dye never touches your scalp.

The trend has been around for years. I first noticed it years ago on 'alternative' or 'punk' girls. Think Kat Von D. I think it just finally made its way to mainstream Hollywood. It's just a another fad for them.

It's a tattoo that says "shine" I read an article where she said that it's to remind her to "Shine" everyday.
