what a sweet looking baby boy. And yes, I'm confused with the scarf, hat, & short sleeves. My only guess is that she has a jacket but didnt bother to put it on.

LOL - and in NY when it is 50 degrees we're all running out in short sleeves and flip flops. Ever notice that NYers are the happiest people EVER on the first nice day of the season?

I am in Southern California and this is how almost every family dresses while they walk their kids to school every morning. It's been 40-65 degrees most mornings. Most adults in tshirts while babies are dressed like this. It's common here.
