So this is the second time my hairstylist/colorist has left the salon I go to and I have no idea where they went. So I tried a new, young girl. I had to go back b/c I had spots of bleach where my hair was dark in the back. They called them 'bleed' spots. Also some of the roots are a little reddish tint at the tip.

If you get highlights, how close do they get to your head for your roots. I feel like they never get very close.

I need a recommendation for Nassau I think....
