high fevers/coxsackie
DS has this :( What do I do for the really high fevers. This is the first time his fevers have ever been this high (103.4.) I am giving him tylenol. Any other suggestions.

I feel your pain...we are at the tail end of the coxsackie saga...DS had a high temp on Sunday. We actually alternated between Motrin and then Tylenol in between

DS had it last week. Dr. said Motrin every 6 hours and if the fever didn't go down to give him Tylenol 3 hours after giving him the Motrin.
When DS had really high fevers (104+), One of the other doctors told me I could give him Tylenol sooner, but to wait at least one hour after the Motrin.
