High Efficiency Detergent... Brands
I just bought an LG combo washer/dryer, and it takes only HIGH EFFICIENCY laundry detergent.
I typically use fabric softener when I wash, and I can't find HE detergent anywhere. Do they make liquid fabric softener HE safe? I use only liquid (I don't like using dryer sheets).
Also, I typically use Woolite Dark for my dark clothing, and that's not HE safe either.
Any ideas or suggestions from experience?

Stop and Shop has it and so does Target... Tide, Gain or better yet get a large bottle of it from Costco.

they make regular woolite in HE.
We use Tide free and clear - or all free and clear. There are many different HE brands - I always see them in Stop n Shop, Target, or even Costco.

you are going to love your LG...I just got them too.
There are tons of detergents. I have not seen softener though, maybe I am missing them

Softener does not comes as HE. Only detergent. You can get pretty much anything you want in HE detergent now.

We use All Free and Clear He. I get it at Stop Shop or Target. I just started using White Vinegar instead of fabric softener. All the softness with none of the skin irritants. And no my clothes don't smell like vinegar. It is just a vinegar rinse. So no Easter egg scented clothes  . If you want scented soft clothes without worrying about the machines add vinegar to the rince cycle and a lavendar sachet to the dryer.

I use the Tide he. Get it at Target. It says for front loading washers in it.
I love my he washer but sometimes there's still suds in the door (not the clothe just a few on the door seal area)
