Hiding things....
Yup, my youngest DS who will be 2 soon just loves to hide stuff on me. DS1 never did this. Toys, keys, papers, stuffed animals, etc. Anything he can get his hands on. That's why my new rule is only milk in the kitchen when he's in his chair. He can walk around with water bc finding water in the closet in my Uggs won't go bad.
Best is when he hides his lovey then right before bed he yells for baby and we are tearing apart the house looking for it. LOL
Anyone else have this issue?

Hiding things....
yes! my dd has been doing it since 9 months old. she likes hiding stuff under the couch but makes a mental note of where she puts it. Now at 21 months old, she has hiding spots for everything, including under her booster seat which I have to clean oit every night. I find the most random stuff under there. dh and I laugh at the treasure every night lol

Funny! Not too much food gets hidden with him bc he likes to eat it. If he doesn't he pushes it away.
I forgot to add he loves to hide too. In the closet, behind the curtains, etc. He's too funny. Especially when you only see feet from the long blinds.

Yep, my DD does this now too, she is almost 2. She has a step stool with a compartment and that is her favorite places to hide things. I too have recently implemented to the only water rule b/c once she pulled out a milk sippy from god knows when and almost drank it before I could grab it from her!

Re: Hiding things....
My 2yo son took our nanny's keys and hid them when she was in the bathroom. We asked him where he put them and he told us "they are hiding in the tunnel".

Re: Hiding things....
my almost 21 mo old DS loves putting stuff in the kitchen garbage. We keep a big ugly binder clip on it to keep him from opening the lid, but DH always forgets to lock it & we don't always see stuff before trash goes out. Lost a few toys that way!
He's also OBSESSED with putting everything he can find into the dog's water bowl.

I had to remove everything from the corner cabinet. Used to keep the soups, PB and other canned foods in there. Half of them went into the garbage one day and didn't even realize it till looking for something. Already threw the trash out. Now everything that was in there is stuffed in the higher cabinets. All that room wasted. LOL
