 Yes, I'm a moron! LOL
She's going to be 3 in August
No shots right?
Do I have to take her in? I seriously can NOT remember! 
Since her bday is SOOOOOOOOOO close to school time, I get stuck trying to make apts when every mother in town is trying to get their kids Ok'ed for school/preschool/etc.
So if I want to take her in for her 3rd I need to schedule it now in May. ugh

Yup- once a year.Not sure about shots but certainly a flu shot if you do them.
Why don't you just move it to November?
I put both my kids at the same time since they are a month apart birthday wise. DD was born in Jan and DS in Feb. Their appointment is always March 3rd unless its a Sat/Sun.
