i at bleu cheese by accident today buafflo wings arent the same without bleu cheese. and i had a decaf coffee today. miss coffee. 8 oz way tooo small.
is it okay to have 12oz of a decaf coffee

I had 2 Diet Cokes at work today and had a deli turkey sandwich--not heated up-- (along with waaayyyy too many Doritos!) for dinner! And I've had Diet Coke every day for the past 2 months!

These were the trailblazers eating FETA at my shower. Two of them have had babies and they are 100% healthy. The other is about to go any second now! I'll keep you posted when we find out that THAT baby is healthy too!:

It's okay to have 30 oz (or more) of decaf coffee.  For that matter it's okay to have one caffinated drink a day! You could mix half decaf/ half caf. Enjoy.
