Hi, Maybe I can join you by the end of the year!
I have a few questions, and obviously I will be speaking to my doctor, but I like you guys better!
1-There's the weight gain question posted, but how much did you weigh before? How much did you gain?
2-When and how much can you exercise? What is considered too rigorous?
As you can tell, I am really not happy about the weight gain, I am a neurotic to begin with!

The way I see it, the weight you gain is so you can have a healthy baby, if you are in good shape prior to becoming pregnant, you should have no problem losing the weight. I have heard that if you exercise before you should still be able to exercise once you are pregnant. Your doctor can explain this all to you. Good luck
