hi ladies
just got back from my 8W sono. baby is doing well, looks less like a bean and more like a cute, big-headed blob 
we also got to see and hear the HB!! i totally wasn't expecting that and the sono tech just turned the sound on with no warning - i just started crying! it was sooooo amazing!  the heart rate was 169 - maybe i need to stop thinking boy and start thinking girl! 
i am so relieved right now, but i have plenty of time to panic between now and feb 25 when i have my ultrascreen

yay!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i heard the heartbeat at my first visit which was 8 wks and i was sooooooooo surprised too! so exciting!
