Hi Girls
Just wanted to say hi I am new to LIFamilies ...I have a question about fertility ... My OBGYN wants to start me on prenatal vitamins prior to trying to conceive..I have had a history of endomitiotic cysts and he feels i will have problems when we try..has anyone heard of taking the vitamins prior to conceiving? will it help?

I've been taking prenatals ever since I started TTC. It's totally normal!

Welcome! Yup it's supposed to cut down on certain birth defects by a large % (sorry- don't have the specs on me but I'm sure you can look them up)
