I HIGHLY recommend getting a snap n go for the first few months. There are two or three companies that make them and the one you get will depend on what infant seat you choose.
They have big baskets and the infant seats snap in or fit very snugly in the frame, and they have a strap that buckles them in as well. They are very light-weight and fold up small. I was so sad when we had to stop using ours!
As far as a stroller for when they get bigger, I would go to buybuybaby and check them all out. Some of them fold smaller, are lighter, have better baskets, and some are crazy expensive!! I stupidly went with a travel system stroller for my first and almost never used it because it was so heavy. Most people prefer the CityMini but from what I hear the baket is terrible.

I have had a ton of strollers. Definetly recommend the snap and go for the beginning. I had the city mini and my daughter hated it and the basket sucked. I had the mia moda atmosferra, it was great but huge and heavy, I had a few other cheap ones but my favorite by far is the bumbleride flyer. Its very lightweight, easy fold, nice size basket, adjustable footrest, handles reverse so baby can face you (best feature ever) check them out online. They really are great

I agree with the pp about the snap and go. So easy & convenient! As far as a regular stroller I love my citi mini. The small basket doesn't bother me. Love the big sunshade & how easy it is to fold!

I have the city mini and the jj cole broadway stroller. it has the universal attachment so you can pop the carseat into it like a snap n go when the baby is little, and also has an attachment that is a basinet and a regular seat as well. it also swivels so it can be front or rear facing. SUCH an awesome stroller- love it and get oodles of compliments.
