I don't hate her, I even tried to help her at some point but then she brought my name in and said that I was being mean to her, which was so far from the truth.

I dont' hate her...BUT..
what i think people find annoying is that when she talks about some of her issues...
If she doesn't hear exactly what she wants...she gets very rude very quickly for no reason. Especially when people are just trying to help her
THEN goes back and edits everything she says..

well usually when i try to help someone i look to see what their response is...and am taken back when you get a real snotty answer.
ETA...but you are right..ignoring her would be the better response.
