Herbal Teas
I know some herbal teas are a nono but I've heard chamomile is safe. What about peppermint? Does anyone know? It's caffeine free and 100% natural. I am so nauseous and my belly hurts soetimes tea helps me...

Peppermint is fine. You can also try ginger tea for an upset stomach!
