help!question for babies with reflux at 5 months old
my son is 5 month old,has reflux,we thought we had everything going better.he has 2 bottles a day,then a breakfast,lunch and dinner with baby foods followed by a bottle..my problem is,he was drinking 6oz but my ped said give him more solids less formula,she dropped him to 4oz..he went to the doctor and has lost 6 oz. on the 2 bottles he has with no baby foods,i put cerel in them...but when he has his 3 meals,i give him a plain bottle..he hold down the baby food,but as soon as he drinks his bottle,he throws up....she told me to add cerel to those bottles too. so 3 times a day he will have say..cerel and fruit,or a veggie by spoon,then a bottle with cerel in it...it just seems like alot of cerel..but i dont want him to lose anymore weight,she wants to see him in a week..i'd like to know what your kids meals are like at that age with reflux...

I wouldnt let it get that far...
we switched formula.

i tried different formula's,,,he got constipated and developed a diaper rash.then i had 3 problems..i even switched doctors,,
