Help...my nipples are sore and itchy!!!
I just don't know what else to do...I am 18W5days and my nipples have been soooo itchy and sore....I put cream on it at least 2x per day and nothing helps....I even use the Palmer's cocoa butter....any suggestions??

THere is a lanolin free balm called EarthMamaAngelBaby. you can get it in BRU. It is in a little tub, like a pot of lip gloss. I haven't used it yet but, it seems really nice and smells nice. Try that.

For a few weeks I had that...I used the palmers stretch cream lotion on them twice a day and it helped...it went away as fast as it came....
