HELP..computer question

I have not been able to go through internet explorer on my computer and not able to get on any web sites. The only thing that appears is a blank screen with a small grey and black clock in the bottom left hand corner of the screen. When you click on it nothing happens and it does not tell you what it is. Has this happebed to anyone before?

Has the Internet Explorer been working for you before? If yes, it could be an automatic update problem.

For me, Microsoft does automatic updates to Internet Explorer, and sometimes an update messes everything up. You can call Microsoft and they can try to walk you through troubleshooting.
