help with sleeping
I need help. My daughter is 6 weeks old and STILL has her days and nights mixed up. I try to wake her during the day which is impossible. She is sleeping so soundly. I think I change her diaper just to wake her up. Well at night she crys in her crib no she screams in her crib. I try the bassinet and crib and nothing. There are nights she sleeps ok but most nights she doesnt. She is bright eyed and looking around. I do keep her room dark and noise free at night.
Last night she was up on and off crying form 10:30PM - 3:30 AM. Can somene give me a suggstion?

Re: help with sleeping
Babies need their sleep and my dr told me never to wake him up at that young age or try to keep him awake, etc... My dr told me not to worry he would work it out and he did. Jack is 16 weeks and has been sleeping through the night since he is 10 weeks old.
She is still very young, one day soon she will work out a schedule and you will know what it feels like to sleep again! Ifeel your pain, just hang in there.

Re: help with sleeping
I agree with lullabella but I also want to add that it's daylight savings this weekend. That is going to throw all the kiddies off!
