HELP WITH BABY BACK RIBS PLEASE!
Im making these tomorrow in the slow cooker. When I put them in the slow cooker do I place them meaty side up or down? Should I add any liquid?

I've never done baby back ribs, but when I do ribs in the crockpot, here's what I do.
Preheat the over to 400. Line a cookie sheet with aluminum foil, and put the ribs on it. Salt and pepper the ribs. Bake 10 minutes, flip them, and bake for 10 more minutes. Throw them in the crock pot. If the don't fit, cut them into manageable pieces. Put the meaty side up. Take a bottle of your favorite BBQ sauce (I like Sweet Baby Rays) and dump it in on top of the ribs.
Cook on low for 6-8 hours. Enjoy!
