Help with amounts
Im making baked ziti (along with salad and bread) for a dinner with 7 adults and 2 children
How much pasta would i make? 2 boxes - 3 boxes?

so being italian, this might sound like a lot or too little, but my mom always said 1/4 of pasta per person, that was her rule for a regular pasta dish. So for ziti for 9 people, I'd make 3 boxes; ziti is great leftover and it's better to have too much than too little.
