help with a great neutral lip color
I have been looking for a good neutral for a long time. I find they always look too pink or peachy when I wear them. I'm looking for something like what's in this pic. Anyone have any color suggestions (any brand is OK, even something cheap from the drug store). Thanks!

Stila convertable color in camelia (can also be used as blush)
lorac sheer lipstick in Nude
L'oreal infallible lip gloss in suede
I also like l'oreal infallible lip pencil in nude or sephora lip pencil in nude. ( not sure if they still
ale this)
I feel I nude lips work better with a liner. Sometimes a liner all over & a gloss will work better than a lipstick.

I think a lot of it has to do with your natural lip color too.
I can't acheive this look at all- my lips are naturally too pink hued so everything I put on takes on that shade to some degree....

yup.
I will say though that that Hilary Dff pic looks more pink than peach..
I just got a new one that is perfect! it's Nars Cruising.. and I agree about using it with a lipliner..
if you're wanting to go pinker, try Nars Roman Holiday and use Nars Turkish Delight gloss over it. ;)

L'Oreal regular lipstick in "Silk". Eva Longoria used to wear that color in the ad. I feel it needs a liner though... nudes don't work that well on me, this is actually the only nude I own.

Thanks ladies, I need to do some make-up shopping. I definitely agree too that your natural lip color affects how the neutral color ends up looking.
