Help! Variance expediters.
We need a variance to do some work to our house. The permit process looks like a headache. We got a quote from one guy and didn't expect it to be that expensive. We've had so many variable expenses added that I just want to cry
How much is the average cost? Also can you please recommend yours along with their contact info. Please feel free to fm as well. If there is anyone you didn't like and needs to be avoided, please share the name via fm so I can avoid more headaches. Thank you so much! This whole process is making me sick and I can use all the help I can get! Too many roadblocks

The work was already done for the permits we needed - it was a finished basement with bathroom and outside entrance in my moms house we were selling. The ladies we used were quick, professional, and inexpensive compared to other quotes we got. We had no issues at all. Good luck!
